Hi, I’m Nicole…..
and I’m honestly thrilled to have you here. I am passionate about working with families to help them restore a little balance into their insanely stressful lives. As a mother of two, one of whom is neurodiverse, I understand how overwhelming parenting can be.
My personal journey began after the birth of my first child, 15 years ago. By the time he was around 1 year old, I sensed something was different. While friends and family reassured me that “all kids develop at different rates,” I felt deep down that there was more to it.
After moving to Sydney in 2015, we spent three years consulting various specialists—paediatricians, speech therapists, occupational therapists, naturopaths, and more. Each one had different recommendations, from medications to dietary changes and therapies. It was so overwhelming trying to figure out where to start and what was working. Having spent 2 decades in the corporate world, I was used to solving big issues all the time but this new “neurodiverse challenge” left me feeling frustrated and helpless.
Then, I discovered kinesiology. Initially sceptical, I quickly realized its potential. After only a single session, my son, who hadn’t slept in his own bed for over a year, due to anxiety, returned to his bedroom and has stayed there ever since. Kinesiology not only helped him, but it also made a huge difference in my own health too. I was stuggling with severe fatigue and we discovered not only a biochemical reason but an emotional issue contributing to this too. Having discovered Kinesiology, I decided to leave the corporate world and pursue this path full-time. The most rewarding part about this work is hearing from clients about the positive shifts in their lives.
I’ve also sinced trained as a Nervous System practitioner, focusing on assessing and the rehabilitation of the human nervous system. This work is really transformational.
If you’re not sure where to start with your own journey or are looking for help for a child in your life, I’d love to chat and help find the right path for you.
Cheers,
